I think when you make these Deals with Rent or what ever it Never is at a Good Time but I had a Landlord like that and I swear he and his son would take turns picking up the rent just so like we could work a little somethin somethin out for me to save on paying so much each month. Actualy I liked the Dad more then the Son doing me. He lasted alot longer.
